As a courtesy to you, Digestive Disease Associates uses an automated call service to remind you of the date and time of your scheduled appointments. Remember to bring a copy of your driver’s license or picture identification and your insurance card.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an office visit or procedure appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. A missed appointment charge ($75 for office appointments and $100 for procedure appointments) will be assessed to those who fail to notify our office within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment.
