Paid time off is available to full-time employees and is accrued each pay period. DDA pays full-time employees for 6 holidays a year.

On-site parking in the Medical Arts Building parking garage, located next to our building, is available at no cost for employees.
Uniforms
Two sets of scrubs are provided after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period of employment and an additional set is provided each year at your employment anniversary.
Sam’s Club Membership
Employees may be reimbursed for Sam’s Club Membership after completing the successful 90-day probationary period of employment.
